Paris Development (Brownsville Road Extension)

What we currently know:

Alex Paris has been conducting extensive grading activities on Brownsville Road Extension.

According to Karen Fosbaugh, Township Manager, he owns the property and wants to put in a development within the next 5 years.

Karen stated that he's getting fill material from a water company.  As far as she is aware, he is not planning to connect his development with the development planned for Sunset Golf.  This will be a separate development.

Within the past year leveling of the woods, the fill process and development has accelerated at a rapid pace.

NOTE:  Brownsville Road Extension is a connector road.
