Sunset Golf Development

In a 12 minute meeting a unanimous vote was cast to recommend rezoning the 3 acres of Sunset Golf, that had been zoned C4, to R2 so the owners can sell it as not “split-zoned” property for residential development.

This will make it much easier for the owners to sell and the future landowner to develop the full 30+ acres with houses.
