CRISPT is currently looking into how many LLC's own homes in South Park Township and are renting them out.  This may be one contributing factor as to why more and more new developments are being built here and in surrounding suburban communities.  As LLC's buy up properties, there are fewer affordable single-family houses available for individual home buyers
